摘  要:针对疏水性煤尘难湿润和难捕获的问题,提出高压喷雾降尘技术与化学降尘技术相结合的防尘策略。对高压化学喷雾降尘的影响因素进行了系统分析,重点研究了喷雾距离、喷雾流量、喷雾水量分布、喷雾雾粒以及湿润剂类别对降尘效果的影响。将高压化学喷雾降尘技术应用于阳泉新景矿,并根据该矿的特点,从高压喷嘴的研制、润湿剂的配制、最优润湿剂浓度的确定,以及最佳喷雾流量确定的4个方面进行了应用优化研究。结果表明:采煤机司机处降尘效率最高达92.8%,有效改善了煤矿井下工作面的作业环境。Aiming at the difficult to wet and difficult to capture hydrophobic coal dust, a dustproof strategy combining high pressure spray dust and chemical dust removal technology is proposed. The effects of spray distance, spray flow, spray water distribution, sprayed fog particles, and humectant on dust removal were studied systematically. The application of high pressure chemical spray dust reduction technology in Yangquan Xinjing Mine and the determination of the optimal spray flow rate and the determination of the best spray flow were carried out according to the characteristics of the mine, the development of high pressure nozzle, the preparation of wetting agent, the determination of optimal wetting agent concentration Aspects of the application of optimization research. The results show that the dust removal efficiency of coal miners is up to 92.8%, which effectively improves the working environment of coal mine working face.
