摘　　要：MB670掘锚机是一种掘锚一体的快速掘进设备,我公司为神东公司大修此设备一台。在液压系统调试过程中,针对溢流阀出现的故障做了相应的处理;通过分析故障原因,可以加深对负载敏感系统及压力补偿器的认识,为进行液压系统设计及维护工作提供一些参考。MB670 bolter miner is a rapid development of bolting tunneling equipment, our company for the equipment overhaul of Shendong company. In the hydraulic system debugging process, aiming at the fault of relief valve appeared to do the corresponding processing; through the analysis of failure causes,so that we can deepen the understanding of pressure compensator and load sensitive system, provide some reference for the design of hydraulic system and maintenance work.
