摘　　要：本文以网上政务大厅建设为背景,基于上海市水务、海洋行政审批标准化,结合行政审批业务手册,探讨行政审批电子监察指标与应用,为进一步完善水务、海洋行政审批电子监察系统,提升行政审批效率和综合监管水平奠定基础。Based on the construction of online service hall, according to the development of standardization and informatization and the achievement of work guidelines, the author researched on the water and oceanic affairs administrative examination and approval electronic supervision indicators. The indicators could lay foundation for optimizing the system of administrative examination and approval, improving efficiency, and enhancing comprehensive supervision level.
