摘  要:SiC_p/Al复合材料属于典型难加工材料,大量Si C颗粒离散分布其中,导致在铣削加工高体积分数SiC_p/Al复合材料时,加工表面容易出现应力分布不均现象,严重影响材料的稳定性。为了研究SiC_p/Al复合材料加工表面残余应力,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了SiC_p/Al复合材料三维铣削有限元模型,并分析了切削工艺参数对残余应力的影响。结果表明:切削速度对残余应力变化影响较小,每齿进给量对残余应力变化影响较大,所得结果与经验计算值吻合较好。SiCp/A1 composite is a kind of typical materials difficult to process and a large amount of SiC particles dis- tributed discretely,which lead to the uneven stress distribution in the machined surface when milling high volume fraction SiCp/A1 composites. Therefore, the stability of the material was degraded severely. In this paper,in order to study of the resid- ual stress of SiCp/AI composites machined surface,three dimensional milling model of SiCp/A1 composite was established by using ABAQUS finite element software ,and the influence of cutting parameters on residual stress was investigated. The results show that the cutting speed has a little influence on the change of residual stress, while the feed rate of each tooth has a signif- icant influence. The values obtained from the simulation are in good agreement with that from the empirical formula.
