倒圆刀刃对大应变挤出切削过程的影响

摘  要:在大应变挤出切削有限元模拟过程中,设定主切削刀具的刃区型式为倒圆,通过相关参数的变化,仔细观察模拟过程中等效应变、等效应变率等参数的变化规律。研究结果发现:切削过程中的等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力和温度呈带状分布;当倒圆刀刃半径由小增大时,最大等效应变先小幅度减小再大幅度增大;最大等效应变率的变化有起伏,总体趋势为减小;最大等效应力和最高温度基本不变;主切削力的增加效果不明显;进给抗力大小明显增大。In the process of large strain extrusion machining finite element simulation,through the change of the rele- vant parameters, carefully observe the change of the parameters such as the equivalent strain and the equivalent strain rate. The results show that effective strain, effective strain rate, effective stress and temperature distribution are all banded. When rounded cutting edge radius increases form small to large, the maximum equivalent strain is first reduced slightly and then increased significantly. The change in the maximum equivalent strain rate fluctuates, the overall trend is to reduce. The maximum equivalent stress and the maximum temperature are essentially constant. The increase of the main cutting force is not obvious, and the size of the feeding force increases significantly.
