摘　　要：随着电力企业招投标业务规模的不断扩大,各种招投标资料的数量也在海量增长,给招投标资料管理工作带来了挑战。为了减轻招投标资料管理的初始化录入工作量,提高招投标资料信息采集的工作效率,国网安徽省电力公司将二维码技术应用于电力招投标资料管理系统中,有效改善了招投标资料管理系统信息采集工作量大、效率低的问题。本文从分别从业务需求、系统设计、系统应用等方面对二维码在电力招投标资料管理系统中的应用进行了介绍,对后续系统的应用提升,以及在其他领域的应用推广具有重要参考意义。with the continuous expansion of the bidding scale of power enterprises, the number of various bidding materials is increasing in a large amount, which poses challenges to the bidding data management. In order to reduce the bidding data management initial entry workload, improve bidding information acquisition efficiency, the State Grid Anhui electric power company will be two-dimensional code technology applied in electric power bidding information management system, effectively improve the bidding information management system information collection workload, low efficiency problem. This paper respectively from the business requirements, system design and system application of two-dimensional code of tender and bid management information system in power are introduced, application promotion of follow-up system, and the application in other fields has important reference significance.
