摘 要:工程造价信息化是信息社会背景下现代工程管理发展的重要趋势之一,科学统一、涵盖全面的工程造价信息化技术标准体系,能更好地推动我国造价信息化发展,实现造价信息的交流共享。基于国内外研究现状与工程造价信息的相关概念分析,建立工程造价信息化技术标准体系,分别列举造价信息数据标准、造价信息收集和处理标准、造价信息交流和共享技术标准、工程造价信息化配套技术标准,明确标准类型及拟解决的问题,并提出"分阶段、分轻重"进行标准建设的规划,为我国工程造价信息化技术标准体系建设相关研究提供参考。Engineering cost informatization is one of the major trend among the modem engineering management under the background of information society. The scientific and comprehensive technical standard system of engineering cost informatization can promote the engineering cost informatization and realize the communication and sharing of the cost information in China. Based on the research situation at home and abroad and the related concepts analysis of the engineering cost information, the engineering cost information technology standards is established, listing the following standards: the cost information of data standards, the cost information of collection and processing standards, the cost information of communication and sharing standards, the engineering cost information of supporting technical standards, in order to explicit the standard types and issues to be resolved. Finally, the construction planning is put forward building standards depends on periodic and importance, providing valuable reference for further study of the technical standard system of engineering cost informatization.
