摘　　要：SI住宅体系是推动我国住宅产业化进程,加快住宅建设改革的建造模式。由于其组成结构的特殊性,如何合理并有效地解决SI住宅体系中的接口问题,是保证住宅质量和功能实现的关键。结合SI住宅体系结构的特殊性,以实现SI住宅体系整体功能为目标,将体系中结构体与填充体之间的接口进行分类,分析不同性能的填充体系统的接口及常用施工方法,总结适用于SI住宅体系的接口方法。进而提出接口部位施工管理的难点,并结合信息化工具分析其解决方法。SI housing system is an effective construction method to drive the course of housing industrialization and accelerate the transformation of housing construction. Because of its special composition, how to solve the interface problems in the SI housing system reasonably and effectively is vital to guarantee the housing quality and determine the function realization. Considering the particularity of SI housing system, classifies the interfaces between skeleton system and infill system, discusses interfaces of different infill systems, and puts forward the reasonable interface methods with the target of achieving the integral function of SI housing system. Then raises the questions of interface management, and analyzes these questions combined with the information technology tools.
