摘  要:装配式是建筑工业化的基本实现方式,但在施工现场其快速生产的优良特性并未得到完全彰显。以现场实践为基础,归纳了装配式剪力墙结构的主体施工流程,据此建立了其组装进度影响因素的指标体系;引入区间数与层次分析相结合的理论,量化了各影响因素指标,对各指标进行了重要性排序;明确了可能度大的关键影响因素,并给出了相应的控制措施。通过实例验证,该方法合理有效,可操作性良好,有利于科学指导装配式结构的组装施工。Assembly is the basic way of building industrialization, but its excellent characteristics of rapid production in the construction site has not been fully demonstrated. On the basis of field practice, summed up the main construction procedure of assembly type structure, according to the construction procedure established the index system of factors affecting the progress of the assembly; introduced the theory which is combined of interval number and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) , quantified the index of each influence factor, and sequenced all the factors By the importance confirmed the key influence factors of large possibility, proposed the corresponding control measures. Finally, an example shows that the method is reasonable and effective, and it can operate well. It is beneficial to guide the construction of assembly structure in a scientific way.
