基于现代文献对穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘选穴及用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘选穴及所用中药的性、味、归经等规律特点,为小儿哮喘穴位敷贴治疗标准化提供参考和借鉴,为腧穴配伍及穴位敷贴用药处方提供理论依据。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库等自建刊以来国内众多学者的研究成果中穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘的临床文献,采用数据挖掘中的频次分析方法,分析穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘的选穴及用药规律。最终纳入文献137篇,包括29个穴位、43味药物。结果与结论通过统计分析发现,在所属经脉穴位选择上,以肺俞穴为主穴,以腰背部的膀胱经穴为主,穴位类型以背俞穴为主;用药上,以白芥子、细辛、甘遂、延胡索为多,以化痰止咳平喘药为主,多归于肺经,药性多温,药味以辛、苦、甘味为主,主药固定且多以生姜为药引。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application in the treatment of infantile asthma with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint selection, taste, meridian characteristics, standardized treatment for pediatric asthma with acupoint application and provide reference, provide a theoretical basis for acupoint sticking acupoint and compatibility of prescription.Methods To search the China Journal Full-text Database by computer （CNKI） and Wanfang database （WF） and VIP database self published since the research results of domestic scholars in the clinical literature of acupoint application in the treatment of infantile asthma, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint application of acupoints and medication of asthma in children. Finally, a total of 137 articles were included in the study, including 29 acupoints and 43 drugs.Resultsand Conclusion Through the statistical analysis found that, in the selection of acupoints on theFeishu acupoints, waist and back to bladder meridian, acupoints to back-shu acupoints; In terms of medication, in white mustard seed, asarum euphorbia, rhizoma corydalis as much to antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs mainly attributed to the lung. According to multi resistance, pungent, bitter, and fixed the main drug with ginger as medicine.
