摘　　要：失眠是困扰人类健康的重要疾病,且病情缠绵难愈。齐向华教授在临床治疗失眠症时积累了丰富的临床经验,善于治疗各种失眠症。辨治时,针对"阳盛阴衰,阴阳失调"这一失眠的总病机,齐向华教授强调病症结合,尤其善于以情志为着眼点,从心理紊乱角度出发治疗失眠,并创造性的提出郁闷不舒、烦躁焦虑等5种心理紊乱状态,而郁闷不舒失眠症是临床常见病症之一。考虑到本病多因气滞所致,故临证多以行气散结为治则,运用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗,再配以针灸,以求从根本上治疗失眠症,临床取得较好疗效,反映了其对不寐的认识和诊疗特色。Insomnia is an important disease plagued human health and disease and hard to be cured. Professor QI Xianghua in the clinical treatment of insomnia has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience and be good at treating various insomnia. At the time of treatment, in response to the total pathogenesis of＂yang exuberance withyin debilitation, imbalance ofyin andyang＂, Professor QI Xianghua stressed combination of symptoms, especially good at emotions as the focus, from the perspective of mental disorders treatment of insomnia, depressed and creatively presented discomfort, irritability, anxiety and other five state mental disorders, while depressed and uncomfortable insomnia is a common clinical disorder. Considering this disease is caused byqi stagnation, therefore, in clinical often using the principle of promoting the circulation ofqi and eliminating stagnation and usingGualou Xiebai Banxia decoction, and combined with acupuncture, in order to fundamentally treat insomnia. It has exact curative effect in clinic, which reflects the understanding and treatment of insomnia.
