消痰和胃方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织病理的影响

摘　　要：目的观察消痰和胃方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜病理状态的影响。方法清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠,空白对照组和模型组,模型组采用以化学干预为主的多因素造模方法,共32周。模型组再分为模型对照组、维酶素组、消痰和胃方组,分别予生理盐水、维酶素混悬液、消痰和胃方浸膏(由柴胡、制半夏、桂枝、细辛、黄连、炒枳壳、白芍、炙甘草等药物组成)灌胃,干预6周后观察胃黏膜病理状态的差异。结果与维酶素组比较,消痰和胃组能增加胃癌前病变大鼠模型质量(P<0.05),有效逆转胃癌前病变胃黏膜病理状态(P<0.05)。结论消痰和胃方改善胃癌前病变大鼠整体情况与逆转胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜组织病理状态相关。Objective To investigate the histopathology influence of Xiaotan Hewei decoction on the pathological state of gastric mucosa of gastric precancerous lesion rats.Methods Male Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly divided into normal control and model group, The model group was made by multi factor modeling method that is mainly chemical intervention about 32 weeks. The model male Wistar rats were subdivided to model control group, the Vitacoenzyme group, and Xiaotan Hewei decoction group. They were treated with saline, vitacoenzyme suspension and Xiaotan Hewei decoction （Xiaotan Hewei decoction is made up of bupleurum, pinellia, cassia, asarum, rhizoma coptidis, fried fructus aurantii, radix paeoniae alba, radix glycyrrhizae preparata and other drugs.） The pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed after six weeks of intervention.Results Compared with vitacoenzyme group, Xiaotan Hewei decoction group can increase the weight of the rat model of gastric precancerous lesions （P〈0.05） and effectively reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaotan Hewei decoction to improve the overall situation of gastric precancerous lesions in rats is associated with pathological changes of gastric mucosa in rats with gastric precancerous lesions.
