摘　　要：目的观察润目灵颗粒联合针灸治疗角结膜干燥症(KCS)的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月-2013年5月间收治的KCS患者90例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组30例,A组采用润目灵颗粒口服治疗,B组采用泪然滴眼液滴眼治疗,C组采用润目灵颗粒联合针灸治疗,对比3组患者治疗8周后角结膜染色积分、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、主观症状积分改善及临床疗效。结果 C组患者治疗后角结膜染色积分、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间及主观症状均较治疗前显著改善,P<0.05;C组患者治疗后角结膜染色积分显著低于A、B组,泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间显著高于A、B组(P<0.05),且治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论润目灵颗粒联合针灸可促进KCS患者泪液分泌,修复角膜病变,延长小膜破裂时间,增加泪液分泌量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofRunmuling granules combined with acupuncture in the treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca （KCS）.Methods A total of 90 KCS patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2013 to May, 2013 were enrolled in our study and randomized into A, B, C groups with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the A group were orally administered withRunmuling granules, the patients in the B group were given Tears Naturale II Eye Drops, while the patients in the C group were treated withRunmuling granules combined with acupuncture. The keratoconjunctivitis staining score, tear flow, break-up time of tears, the improvement of symptom scores and clinical efficacy after 8-week treatment in the three groups were compared.Results The keratoconjunctivitis staining score, tear flow, break-up time of tears, and symptom scores after treatment in the C group were significantly improved when compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The keratoconjunctivitis staining score after treatment in the C group was significantly lower than that in the A and B groups, the tear flow and break-up time of tears were significantly higher than those in the A and B groups （P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionRunmuling granules combined with acupuncture can promote the secretion of tear in patients with KCS, repair corneal lesions, prolong the rupture time of small membrane, increase the amount of tear secretion.
