摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们对装饰装修工程的要求越来越高,装饰装修工程造价在整体造价中也越来越重要。装饰装修工程结算造价审核的影响因素较多,具有较高的复杂性。为确保审核质量应当注意多方面的问题,论文以提高其审核质量为目标,从竣工图纸的核实、工程量的计算及复核、定额套用及相关费用计取的审核3个方面分析了审核中应注意的事项。With the improvement of living standards, people＇s demands for decoration engineering are more and more higher, decoration engineering cost is also more and more important in the overall cost. There are many factors that affect the audit cost of decoration project settlement, which has a high degree of complexity. In order to improve the quality of the audit as the goal, this paper analyzes the matters needing attention in the audit from three aspects： the verification of the completed drawings, the calculation and review of the project quantity, the application of the quota and the related costs.
