摘　　要：在铁路工程建设领域,物资保障及管理是非常重要的工作,并且物资管理工作也是保障铁路工程质量管理的基础,铁路工程施工项目的物资管理直接影响了铁路工程建设的质量和对成本的控制,所以对铁路工程施工项目物资管理中的问题进行研究和探讨,并且制定相应的策略,有较强的现实意义。论文分析了铁路工程建设施工管理中的问题,并提出解决策略,以供参考。In railway engineering construction field, material guarantee and management is a very important work, and material management is the foundation of protecting the railway engineering quality management, material management of railway project construction directly affects the quality of railway engineering construction and cost control, so the research and study of construction project management materials in railway engineering problems, and formulating the corresponding strategy, has the strong practical significance. Paper analyzes the problems in the railway construction management, and puts forward the countermeasures, for reference.
