摘  要:高温、高压、高含硫气井井筒完整性管理是一个国际性难题。随着四川盆地安岳气田高石梯区块下寒武统龙王庙组、上震旦统灯影组等高温、高压、高含硫气藏的开发,气井生产运行期间陆续出现套管环空异常带压、井口装置泄漏、封隔器密封失效等异常情况,给气井的安全生产带来风险。如何有效削减或消除风险,保障气井本质安全,避免对人体健康、环境污染和企业形象等方面造成伤害,成为生产中急需解决的问题。在调研国内外油气井井筒完整性管理的发展现状和管理经验的基础上,分析高温、高压、高含硫气井井筒完整性管理需求,指出气井生产运行期井筒完整性管理应基于风险评价、风险检测、完整性评价及整改等关键技术环节,通过对比分析目前生产现场气井管理与井筒完整性管理标准的差异,结合安岳气田高石梯区块高温、高压、高含硫气井井筒完整性管理现状,分析了井筒完整性管理中存在的问题,提出了下一步完善措施,指导高石梯区块气井生产运行期的井筒完整性管理,为类似气井生产运行期的完整性管理提供了参考。It is an international problem to manage the wellbore integrity of high temperature, high pressure, and high sulfur (HTHPHS) gas wells. With the development of HTHPHS gas reservoirs in the Lower Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation and the Upper Sinian Dengying Formation in Gaoshiti block, Anyue gas field, Sichuan Basin, some abnormalities have occurred during the production period of gas wells, such as abnormal pressure in casing annulus, leakage of wellhead device, and failure of packer, which threaten the production safety. Therefore, it is urgent to effectively reduce or mitigate these risks in order to ensure the safety of gas wells and avoid the damages to personal health, environment, corporate image, and other aspects. Based on the investigation of wellbore integrity management practices and experiences in China and abroad, this paper analyzed the demand for wellbore integrity management of HTHPHS gas wells. It is pointed out that the wellbore integrity management during the production period of gas wells should be based on such key technical aspects as risk assessment, risk detection, integrity evaluation, and rectification. Through the analysis of gaps between site gas well management and wellbore integrity management standards, and considering the current wellbore integrity management of HTHPHS gas wells in Gaoshi block, this paper presented the problems in the wellbore integrity management, and proposed the improvement measures. These study results can guide the wellbore integrity management during the production period of gas wells in Gaoshiti block and also provide a reference for the integrity management of similar gas wells.
