摘  要:渤海油田某水平井裸眼井段存在水层和油气层,该井在固井过程中下尾管及防砂组合管柱时遇阻,固井滑套和封隔器卡在水层中部,无法采用常规固井技术施工。针对该井的固井难点,基于高黏度储层保护钻井液体系(PRD)胶液和固井滑套设计了先暂堵油气层,再挤水泥浆封固水层,然后封固盲管段的分段固井技术方案,最后实施筛管解堵,确保了固井作业的顺利完成,有效封隔了油气水层,且未对油气层造成污染。施工效果表明,选择合适的防水泥浆窜槽的高黏暂堵材料是筛管挤固水泥浆成功的关键,选择暂堵材料时要综合考虑各种制约条件,实施前需要在地面模拟现场环境和操作条件进行实验。该固井技术的顺利实施有效解决了复杂地层施工条件下的固井难题,为同类井的固井施工提供了技术参考。Water layer and oil/gas layer exist in the open hole section of a horizontal well in the Bohai Sea. Sticking occurred during cementing of the well when the liner and sand-control combination string were landed, namely, the cementing sleeve and packer were caught in the middle of the water layer, making the conventional cementing technology infeasible. In order to solve this problem, a staged cementing scheme was designed with the high viscosity reservoir protection drilling fluid (PRD) gel and the cementing sleeve. Specifically, the oil and gas layer is temporarily plugged; then, the ce- ment is squeezed to seal the water layer, and the blind pipe section is cemented; finally, the plug is removed with screen pipe. This scheme guarantees the smooth cementing operation and effectively seals the oil and gas layer, without pollution to the oil and gas layer. The operation results show that appropriate high viscosity temporary plugging material that prevents the cement channeling is the key to the success of the screen pipe cementing. Selection of such material should take various restraints into account. Before the operation, test should be conducted under simulated site environment and operating conditions. The application of this cementing technology effectively solves the cementing problems in complex strata and operation conditions, and pro- vides a technical reference for the cementing of similar wells.
