柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗寒热错杂型糖尿病腹泻30例

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗寒热错杂型糖尿病腹泻的疗效。方法:选取本院门诊就诊的糖尿病伴见腹泻患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组保持患者原有的降糖药包括口服降糖药及胰岛素治疗,根据血糖情况适当调整药物用量,同时坚持饮食、运动及适当的心理调适。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率80.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FPG、PBG及HBA1c水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗寒热错杂型糖尿病腹泻疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction on diar- rhea due to diabetes with concurrence of cold and heat syndromes. Methods ：Sixty patients with diabetes accompanied by diarrhea who were treated in our hospital＇s outpatient department were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 eases in each group.The patients in the in control group were still treated with original oral hypoglycemic agents and insu- lin.and drug dosage was adjusted according to the blood glucose level. At the same time, they adhered to proper diet, exercises and appropriate psychological adjustment. While the ones in the treatment group were added Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 96.67 %, while that of the control group was 80%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment.the two groups＇ FPG, PBG and HBAIc levels were all better than those before the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there were no significant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bupteurum and Cinnamon Twig and Dried Ginger Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on diar- rhea due to diabetes with concurrence of cold and heat syndromes.
