摘　　要：《针灸大成》十二井穴各自的功效,可以概括为"少商清肺热食饮可下,商阳平喘满疗耳齿疾,关冲泻壅热盛乎三焦,中冲疗中风与小儿惊,乳痈无乳眼热寻少泽,心虚惊狂健忘调少冲,足窍阴主胁痛与气逆,大敦治疝秘补中益气,上呕下泻血出隐白收,面肿不食胃热厉兑医,至阴主难产头目热疾,涌泉救厥散痞道不尽。"十二井穴对疾病的治疗有很好的效果。《针灸大成》曰:"治一切暴死恶候,不省人事,及绞肠痧,乃起死回生妙诀。"临床上十二井穴放血常用于各种昏迷急救。《针灸大成》对井穴论述理论部分较少,但是临床部分较为详尽,灵活运用于临床,必大有裨益。The respective efl＇ect of the twelve wells in The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion can be summarized as the follows：＂ Shaoshang （ LU 11 ） can clear away hmg heat of patients who can still eat and drink;Shangyang （ LI 1 ） can re- move asthma and cure all the diseases related to ears and teeth ; Guanchong （ TE 1 ） can remove excessive heal in triple energi- zers;Zhongchong （PC 9） can treat stroke and infantile fright; Shaoze （SI1） can treat mammary abscess, alactalion and heat in the eyes;Shaochong （HT 9） can treat heart deficiency, fright and i nsomnia;Zuqiaoyin （GB 44） earl treat hypothondrium pain and reversed qi;Dadun （LR 1 ） can treat hernia,constipation,tonify spleen for nourishing qi;Yinbai （SP 1 ） can treat vomiting,diar- rhea and bleeding syndrome; Lidui （ ST 45 ） can treat swelling face, no desire for food, and stomaeh heat ; Zhiyin （ BL 67 ） can treat difficuh labor,head-eye heat diseases;Yongquan （KI 1 ） can treat faint, distraction and retained mass. ＂ The twelve wells have remarkable effects on diseases. For this, The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion comments：＂ They can treat all kinds of sudden death and serious symptoms, unconsciousness,and eruptive abdominalgia,and bring the dying back to life. ＂ In clinical practice,bleeding in the tweh＇e well points are often used to treat various unconsciousness and emergency. There are few on theory in this bnok,but there are detailed descriptions of the clinical practice. So if they can be used flexibly, it will be beneficial in clinical practice.
