表里分消法治疗心源性水肿50例

摘　　要：目的:观察表里分消法治疗心源性水肿的临床疗效。方法:将100例心力衰竭伴下肢水肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组按照传统强心,利尿,扩血管治疗,治疗组以表里分消为主,配合小剂量洋地黄类药物,两组疗程均为20 d,观察两组患者治疗前后水肿消退情况,心功能改善情况以及尿量增加情况。结果:治疗组在水肿消退方面有效率达96.0%,对照组有效率为88.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在心功能改善方面治疗组有效率为94.0%,对照组有效率为84.0%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组尿量高于对照组且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:表里分消法治疗心源性水肿可以显著减少心力衰竭患者的入院率,改善心力衰竭患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of method of elimination in both interior and exterior on cardiogenic e- dema. Methods：One hundred patients with heart failure comhined with lower extremity edema were randomly divided into the con- trol group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional cardiac, diuretic, vasodilator therapy,while the treatment group was treated with method of elimination in both interior and exterior combined with small dose of foxglove. Both groups regzu＇ded 20 days as one course, then the two groups edema degrading,, cardiac function nn- provement and urine output increase were observed. Results：In terms of edema degrading, the effective rate of the treatment group was 96% ,while that of the control group was 88.0%, the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the improvement of cardiac function, the effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, while that of the control group was 84%, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The urine volume of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Using method of elimination in both interior and ex- terior to treat cardiogenie edema can significantly reduce the admission rate and improve the quality of life of patients with hearf failure.
