微创引流术联合中药治疗高血压脑出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察微创引流术联合中药治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将102例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组采用微创引流术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后血肿量、神经功能缺损评分。结果:对照组有效率为74.51%,观察组有效率为94.12%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血肿量、神经功能缺损评分改善程度优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创引流术联合中药治疗高血压脑出血可促进血肿吸收、降低神经功能损害、提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical eurative effeet of minimally invasive soft drainage in combination with TCM on hyper- tensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： One hundred and two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 51 eases in each group. The control group was treated with minimally invasive drainage,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the con- trol group. Then the clinical efficacies of the two grnups were compared. Their hematoma volume and neurulagieal deficit score were observed before and ＇after the treatment. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 74.51% ,while that of the obser- vation group was 94.12% , and the difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistieally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Af- ter the treatment,the hematoma volume and neuro｜ogieal defieit score of the two grnups were better than those before the treat- ment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion：In terms of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, minimally invasive soft drainage in combination with TCM can promote the absorption nf hematoma,reduce the damage of nerve function and improve the clinical eurative effect.
