摘　　要：目的:揭示《黄帝内经》"必先岁气,无伐天和"之训的临床应用价值。方法:结合对《黄帝内经》有关"天人合一"文献的学习领悟,结合"先岁气,合天和"的临床案例,印证其临床指导应用价值。结果:"必先岁气,无伐天和"是"天人相应""天人合一"的精神体现,临床若能"谨候气宜,无失病机",应势利导,顺势而为,则可获得事半功倍之效。结论:《黄帝内经》"必先岁气,无伐天和"训诫,具有极高的临床应用价值。Objective：To reveal the clinical application value of ＂ achieving balance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine. Methods：Connecting learning and understanding of ＂unity of human and nature＂ in Huangdi＇s Canon ofMed＆ine, connecting clinical cases of ＂achieving bal- ance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ its clinical guid- ance and application value is proved. Results：＂ achieving balance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ is the spiritual embodiment of ＂ corresponding between man and nature＂ , and ＂uni- ty of human and nature＂. So in clinical practice,＂ changes of qi must be carefully lest pathological changes be missed＂, and the doctor should guide and follow the disease tendency to receive a multiplier effect. Conclusion ： The admonition of ＂achieving bal- ance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ has extremely high value of clinical application.
