中西医结合治疗面部脂溢性皮炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年5月本院皮肤科门诊治疗的面部脂溢性皮炎患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片口服、0.03%他克莫司软膏外用治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予肤康合剂治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后症状体征总积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为98.33%,对照组有效率为86.66%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组复发率为13.33%,治疗组复发率为1.66%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on sebon＇heic dermatitis. Methods ：One hundred and twenty patients with seborrheic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital＇s outpatient de- partment of dermatology between Jan. 2013 and May 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Levocetirizine Dihy- drochloride Tablets for oral administration and Tacrolimus Ointment with 0.03% density for external application, while the ones in the treatment group were added Fukang Mixture （FKM） based on the treatment of the control group. Results ： After the treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33% ,while that of the control group was 86.66% ,the treatment group was better than the con- trol group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The recurrence rate of the control group was 13.33%, while that uf the control group was 1. 66%, the treatment group group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medi- cine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on seborrheic dermatitis.
