红桃消肿合剂预防老年髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红桃消肿合剂预防老年人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)形成的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年11月—2015年8月深圳平乐骨伤科医院需行髋关节置换术的老年患者68例,曾患有下肢静脉血栓者1例,拒绝口服中药红桃消肿合剂者2例,因经济原因行其他术式者2例,最终纳入符合标准者63例,随机分为试验组31例和对照组32例。对照组给予利伐沙班片治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予红桃消肿合剂治疗。结果:两组患者手术后3 d、7 d D-二聚体、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组DVT发生0例,对照组DVT发生3例,两组患者发生率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红桃消肿合剂预防老年人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效甚佳。Objective：To observe tile elinical curative effeet of Hongtao Xiaozhong Mixture（HTXZM） in preventing formation of deep venous thrombosis （DVT）of the elderly After hip arthroplasty. Methods： Sixty-eight ehterly patients who were treated in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital between Nov. 2014 and August 2015 and received hip arthruplasty. Among lhem,one case suffered DVT, and 2 eases refused to take HTXZM fur oral administration,and one cased chose other operation because of econom- ic reasons, so at last only 63 cases were included in the standard, and randomly divided into the experimental group with 31 cases and the control group with 32 eases. The ones in the control group were given Rivaroxaban tablets tor treatment,while the ones in the experiment group were added HTXZM based on the treatment of the control group. Resuhs：On the 3rd day and 7th day afler hip arthroplasty, the differences in the two groups＇ D-dimer, platelet count, prothrombin time, activated partial thmmboplastin time lind no significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. In the treatment group,there was 0 case of DVT, while there were 3 cases inthe control group; In terms of the incidence rate,the treatment group was better＂ than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： HTXZM has a re- markable clinical eurative effect on preventing formation of deep venous lhrombosis of the elderly Alter hip arlhruplasty.
