调经助孕胶囊治疗原因不明性不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调经助孕胶囊治疗原因不明性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月—2016年1月本院生殖医学科门诊就诊的原因不明性不孕症患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组给予枸橼酸盐氯米芬治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服调经助孕胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为85.71%,对照组有效率为65.71%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组妊娠率为62.86%,对照组妊娠率为31.43%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调经助孕胶囊治疗原因不明性不孕症疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tiaojing Zhuyun Capsule（TJZYC） on unexplained infertility. Meth- ods：Seventy patients with unexplained infertility who were treated in our hospital＇s reproductive medicine clinic between Jan. 2014 and Jan. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 35 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given elomiphene for treatment ,while the ones in the treatment group were added TJZYC based on the treatment of the control group. Resuhs：The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%, while that of the control group was 65.71% in. The treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 62.86% ,while that of the control group was 31.43% ,and the treatment group was better than the con- trol group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：TJZYC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on unexplained infertility.
