针刺治疗亚健康临床研究进展

摘　　要：亚健康状态多为机体脏腑功能失调、气血运行不畅、阴阳失调所导致。针刺治疗亚健康的治疗方法有:普通针刺、腹针、杵针、电针、头针、穴位注射、综合疗法。应用于亚健康治疗的穴位有39个,而使用频率较高的穴位分别是:足三里、三阴交、百会、气海、关元、内关、太冲、中脘、肾俞。在亚健康的治疗中,有10条经络上的穴位被选取,其中足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经、任脉、督脉使用频率较高。近年关于亚健康的针灸治疗方法,单一治疗方法的文献呈下降趋势,取而代之的是大量综合治疗方法的文献,如电针、针刺结合走罐、针刺和耳穴、针刺配合刮痧等,究其原因,是因为临床医生在实践过程中发现,采用复合治疗手段的治疗效果要优于单一针刺治疗。在亚健康的治疗过程中,更多种的针刺方式被应用进来,如杵针、梅花针、水针等,丰富了针刺治疗亚健康的临床理论,也拓宽了治疗思路。但是部分研究设计比较简单,样本量偏少,有的甚至没有设置对照组,导致相同的治疗方法彼此间的治愈率和总有效率差异很大,很少有研究设置随访,致使远期疗效并不明确。传统的针灸方法相互融合,但是和先进科技手段结合还非常欠缺,也很少有人涉及与现代医学协同治疗的领域,中医医务工作者应开拓创新,将先进科学技术与传统中医理论相结合。The sub-heahh state is mostly caused by the dysfunction of the viscera,the unsmooth running of qi and blood,and the imbalance of yin and yang. For treating sub-health,the therapies of acupuncture are as follows：general acupuncture,abdominal ac- ufmncture,pestle needle,electric acupuncture, scalp acut）uncture, acupoint injection, and combined therapy. There are 39 points applied to sub-health treatment, and among of them the following are frequently used：Zusanli （ST 36） , Sanyinjiao （SP 6 ） , Baihui （ G V 20 ） , Qihai （ CV 6 ） , Guanyuan （ CV 4 ） , Neiguan （ PC 6 ） , Zhongwan （ CV 12 ） , Shenshu （ BL 23 ） , Taichong （ LR 3 ）. In the treatment of sub-health, 10 meridian acupuncture puints are selected, and among of them, Stomacb Meridian of Foot-Yangming, Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin, conception meridian, and governing vessel are highly frequently used. In recent years, the amount of literature about single acupuncture treatment of sub-health has decreased,while that of the ones about comprehensive treatment methods have greatly increased, the reason for this is that in clinieal practice, the doctors have discovered that efficacies fi＇om sin- gle acupuncture treatment is better than that from single acupuncture treatment. In the process of treatment of sub-health, more and more other kinds of acupuncture methods have been applied, such as pestle needling, phun blossom needling, water needling and so on,which enrich clinical theory on acupuneture treatment of sub-health,but also broaden treatment ideas. But part of the re- search design is relatively simple, sample is relatively small, some even have no control group, which leads to great differences in the cure rate and the total efficiency of the same treatment. Very few studies have provided follow-up, resulting in vague long-term effect. The traditional methods of acupuncture mixed together, but the combination with advanced teehnulogy is still very wanting; Very few people have involved in the lreatment of the field
