摘 要:蒽环类心脏毒性的中医病机主要为"气虚""血瘀",桔梗作为肺引经药,载药上行,起宣肺益气活血之功。结合现代药理研究,其机制可能与减弱由ROS引起的氧化应激反应有关。最新研究发现蒽环类药物所引起的TOP2β失活可减少抗氧化酶的合成,最终产生过多的ROS引起心脏毒性,其发现为今后研究桔梗防止蒽环类心脏毒性的作用机制起了指导作用。然而目前尚缺乏桔梗防治蒽环类心脏毒性的相关实验及临床报道,如何应用现代医学技术和手段,发掘桔梗在防治乳腺癌术后蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性内在作用机制,为桔梗临床应用于防治乳腺癌术后蒽环类化疗提供科学依据,是下一步值得深入探讨的问题。The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of anthracycline cardiac toxicity is "qi deficiency" and "blood stasis". Platycodon root as the drug which can guide drugs into the lung has the functions of carrying drugs upward, releasing pulmonary qi, and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation. Combining with modern pharmacological studies, the mechanism may be relat- ed to the reduction of oxidative stress induced by ROS. he latest study found that inactivation of TOP2 beta induced by anthracy- cline may reduce the synthesis of antioxidant enzymes, resulting in excessive ROS inducing cardiac toxicity. The discovery will play a guiding role for the future prevention of cardiac toxicity induced by anthracycline. However, there is still a lack of experi- mental and clinical reports related to this. So how to apply modern medical technology and means to explore the prevention and treatment of breast cancer 'after surgery in cardiac toxicity induced by anthracycline, how to provide scientific basis for clinical ap- plication of platycodon root in prevention and treatment of postoperative breast cancer by using platycodon mot, are the platycodon root.
