摘 要:为了解全国煤矿特别重大事故趋势及特点,对2001年以来全国煤矿特大事故进行了统计、归类,分别从事故发生的时期、时间、类别和区域等多个层面进行了深入的分析,得出了我国煤矿特大事故阶段性、时间性、类别性和区域性等特征及其致因因素。特别重大事故中瓦斯事故占比最高,华北地区事故起数最多,其次为东北地区,1年中11月和第四季度事故频率最高。分析结果为有效防范煤矿特大事故对策措施的制定提供重要的警示和指导。In order to understand the extraordinarily serious accident trend and characteristics of national coal mine, accidents since 2001 were counted and classified, and analysis was carried in depth from multiple levels of the accident period, time, category and region respectively. The cause factors and characteristics in terms of accident stage, month, category and region of extraordinarily serious accident in coal mine were obtained. Statistical results show that in all extraordinarily serious accidents, gas accident accounts for the highest, most accidents happened in north China, followed by the northeast region, and November is the month of highest accident frequency in a year, and same case appears in the fourth quarter. The analysis results provide impor- tant warning and guidance for the formulating countermeasures to prevent severe and great casualty in coal mine effectively.
