摘  要:为了进一步提高事故原因分析的逻辑性和系统性,为事故预防和安全生产工作提供思路更加清晰的理论依据和实践指导,通过大量的案例分析和逻辑推理,抓住事故是危险源能量意外释放的本质特征,建立了危险源触发链条理论,并在此基础上,与控制论相结合,提出了以危险源为控制对象的安全控制论。进一步应用到企业安全管理实践中,得到"安全生产管理三步法",即危险源辨识、危险源控制体系设计和控制体系维护。通过典型建筑施工事故案例分析证实,该方法能为企业安全生产和政府安全监管监察工作提供新的理论依据和参考,同时也为安全学术界模糊不清的隐患、人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态和管理缺陷等概念提供新解释。该理论的提出进一步完善和充实了安全控制论、安全设计及可靠性问题等,在事故调查、事故原因分析等领域具有广阔的应用前景。In order to further improve the logicality and systematicness of the accident cause analysis, and to provide clear theoretical basis and practical guidance for the accidents prevention and safety production, through case analysis and logical reasoning, seizing the essential characteristic of the accident which is the en- ergy unexpected release of the hazard, the hazard trigger chain theory is created. And on this basis, combi- ning with cybernetics, the safety cybernetics is put forward. Furthermore, it is applied to the practice of enter- prise safety management, and the three -step method of safety production management is obtained, which is the identification of hazard, the design of the control system and the maintenance of the control system. Con- firmed through the analysis of typical construction accidents case, this theory not only can provide new theoret- ical basis and reference for the enterprise working safety practice and government supervision, but also can provide a new explanation for some fuzzy concepts in safety academic circle, such as hidden danger, unsafe behavior of human, unsafe condition of object and management defects. This theory further improves and enriches the theory of safety control, safety design, reliability, etc. , it also has broad application prospects in the field of accident investigation and accident analysis.
