血清胶原指标红细胞参数与肾功能衰竭的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清胶原指标、红细胞参数与肾功能衰竭的关系.方法 将67例肾功能衰竭患者设为观察组,67名同龄健康者设为对照组,对两组的血清胶原指标及红细胞参数进行检测分析,比较观察组不同疾病分期和病因分类患者的检测结果,对血清胶原指标、红细胞参数与肾功能衰竭的关系进行Logistic回归分析. 结果 观察组血清胶原指标检测结果显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,红细胞参数检测结果显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,肾功能指标中肾小球滤过率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,血尿素氮及血清肌酐水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;且观察组不同疾病分期两两比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但不同病因分类比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.回归分析显示血清胶原指标、红细胞参数对肾功能衰竭有预测作用（P〈0.05）.结论 肾功能衰竭患者的血清胶原指标、红细胞参数呈现异常状态,这两项指标对肾功能衰竭有预测作用,对疾病分期也有一定临床意义.Objective To explore the relationship of serum collagen indexes （SCI） and reticulocyte parameters （EP） to renal failure.Methods Sixty-seven renal failure were assigned to observation,67 age-matched healthy persons to control group, SCIs and RPs of both groups detected and analyzed, detection results compared among patients with different staging and causes in observation group, and Logistic regression analyses performed for the relationship of SCI and RP to renal failure.Results SCIs levels were significantly higher （P〈0.05）, RPs and GFR lower （P〈0.05）, and BUN and serum creatinine levels higher （P〈0.05） in observation than in control group, there were significant differences in those among patients with different stages （P〈0.05）, and no among ones with different causes （P〉0.05）.Logistic regression analyses showed that SCI and RP played a predictive role in renal failure.Conclusion SCIs and RPs were abnormal in patients with renal failure, the 2 indexes play a predictive role in renal failure, and have a certain value to staging.
