薏苡附子散治疗胸痹心痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察薏苡附子散治疗胸痹心痛临床效果. 方法 将100例胸痹心痛患者根据治疗方式分为两组,每组50例.两组均予以冠心苏合丸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合薏苡附子散治疗,观察21 d.比较两组的临床疗效、心电图改善状况及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后观察组疾病控制率为96%,对照组为80%,观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组心电图改善有效率为64%,对照组为40%,观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组均未见明显不良反应.结论 薏苡附子散可显著改善胸痹心痛病患者的临床症状,改善心功能,疗效显著,安全性高,具有重要临床应用价值.Objective To observe the clinical effects of Coix Aconite powder in treating chest obstruction and precordial pain.Methods A total of patients with chest obstruction and precordial pain were divided into two groups of 50 ones each according to treatment methods.Both groups were treated with Guanxin Suhe pills and on this basis observation group was plus Coix Aconite powder for 21 days.Efficacies, ECG improvements and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment the disease control rate was respectively 96% in observation and 80% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）;ECG improvement rate was respectively 64% in observation and 40% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）.Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Coix aconite powder could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chest obstruction and precordial pain, improve cardiac function, and has an evident effect, higher safety and an important clinical application value.
