黛力新联合加味逍遥丸对高血压合并抑郁症患者血清髓过氧化物酶活性、一氧化氮含量的影响及其疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)联合逍遥散对高血压合并抑郁症患者抑郁状态、血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,并分析其降压疗效及其作用机制。方法将118例高血压合并抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用常规降压治疗,对照组加用黛力新口服,治疗组在对照组基础上予以加味逍遥丸,4周为1个疗程。两组患者治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,并检测血清MPO活性、NO含量的变化,及各组降压疗效。结果治疗组HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清MPO水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),NO含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组降压效果及总疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合逍遥散可以显著改善高血压合并抑郁症患者的抑郁状态,降低血清MPO活性,增加NO含量,血压控制良好,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To observe the effect of Deanxit combined with Modified Xiaoyao pills on depressive state,serum Cys C and MPO of hypertension patients with depression. Methods 118 hypertension patients with depression were divided into observation group and control group randomly,both group were given routine therapy. Deanxit tablets were added to control group every morning. Observation group received modified Xiaoyao pills on the basis of control group. The total treatment course was 4 weeks. Hamilton depression rating scale（ HAMD） was performed to both groups before and after the treatment in which the change of serum Cys C,MPO were detected. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,the level of serum activation of MPO in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the level of NO in observation group were higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,the anti-hypertensive efficacy of observation group was superior to control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Deanxit combined with Modified Xiaoyao pills can significantly improve depressive state in hypertension patients with depression,and decrease serum activation of MPO,increase the level of NO,thus to controls blood pressure effectively,which has a wide prospect of clinical application.
