“从血论治”联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察"从血论治"中西医结合疗法对寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组予"从血论治"辨证给予中药处方,并予口服阿维A胶囊治疗,对照组单予口服阿维A胶囊治疗。疗程共8周,观察治疗后第4、8周两组PASI评分,以及整个治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗组治疗第4、8周的有效率与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;两组不良反应情况多方面均有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 "从血论治"中西医结合疗法治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效较单纯阿维A胶囊治疗疗效好,长期治疗时"从血论治"中西医结合疗法对于患者皮损变化的控制较好,且副作用较少。提示"从血论治"中西医结合疗法治疗寻常型银屑病是一种安全、有效的优选治疗方法,可在临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of ＂treatment of blood＂combined with Acitretin on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 96 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups,48 cases in each group. Treatment group was given TCM prescription combined with Acitretin capsule orally. Control group only took Acitretin capsule orally. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Lesion changes and adverse reactions were observed at the 4^（th）,8^（th）week respectively. Results The effective rates at the 4^（th）and 8^（th）week of treatment group were 84.44%,97. 78%,which were 62. 22%,74. 42% of control group with significantly statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）.There was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） in adverse reactions between the two groups,which showed the adverse reactions of the treatment group were less than that of control group. Conclusion The efficacy of integrated Chinese-western therapy from blood is better than using Acitretin capsule only,which can be applied in the long-term treatment. The integrated Chinese-western therapy from blood was significantly effective to treat psoriasis vulgaris and can be applied in clinical use.
