农村非政府组织在乡村协商民主中的价值意蕴

摘　　要：协商民主是社会主义民主政治发展的必然趋势,对于促进乡村良善治理具有重要的意义和价值。而农村非政府组织为发展乡村协商民主提供了社会基础,有利于乡村协商民主的完善和发展。具体说来,农村非政府组织可以提升农民的协商意识和协商能力,促进乡村协商民主的持续发展;农村非政府组织可以为乡村协商民主提供组织支持,提升乡村协商民主的成效;农村非政府组织可以培育充裕的社会资本,为乡村协商民主的发展提供良好的环境和土壤。It has great importance and value to promote rural good governance. And rural NGOS provided the social basis for the development of rural deliberative democracy, which is conducive to the improvement and development of the rural deliberative democracy. In particular, rural NGOS can promote farmers＂ consciousness of consultation and negotiation a- bility, promote the sustainable development of rural deliberative democracy; Rural NGOS can provide organizational sup- port for rural deliberative democracy, enhance the effect of rural deliberative democracy; Rural NGOS can cultivate abun- dant social capital, which can provide a good environment and soil for the development of rural deliberative democracy.
