布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择我院2015~2016年收治的新生儿黄疸患儿70例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各35例,两组患儿均采用蓝光治疗,观察组患儿在蓝光治疗基础上予以布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗有效率及治疗前、治疗后3d、治疗后7d的总胆红素水平变化。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患儿的总胆红素水平无显著差异,P>0.05,治疗后3、7d观察组患儿的总胆红素水平均低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸效果良好,可有快速降低新生儿的总胆红素水平,值得临床推广。Objective Analysis of brady＇s yeast joint wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Selected 70 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital in 2015 -2016, it all 35 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups of children with all use blue light treatment, observation group with brady＇s yeast in the blue light treatment on the basis of joint Zhi yellow oral liquid treatment, compared with the two groups of patients with the treatment of effective rate and before treatment,after treatment ior 3 d,7d total bilirubin level changes after treatment.Results Observation group infants efficient is higher than the control group,P〈0.05;Two groups before treatment in children with no significant difference of total bilirubin level,P〉O.OS.Conclusion Brady＇s yeast joint wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid treating neonatal jaundice effect was good,Can have rapidly reduce neonatal total bilirubin level,worthy of clinical promotion.
