摘 要:壳聚糖纳米材料具有无毒、生物相容性好、可生物降解以及强的吸附和负载能力等优良性质,使其在医用纳米材料、绿色环保材料以及食品工业等方面广泛应用.目前,壳聚糖纳米材料的可控和可预测的环境响应性能正在日益受到关注.环境响应壳聚糖纳米材料常采用离子交联法、共价交联法、自组装法制备得到,其在药物载体、环境保护、农业等方面因优异的性能得到有效应用,在药物控释、生物传感器及环保材料等方面的应用将会成为目前研究的重要方向.Chitosan nanomaterial has been widely used in many fields such as medical nanomaterial, environmentfriendly materialand food industry, owing to its low toxicity, bioeompatibility, biodegradability, strong adsorption and load capacity. At present, Chitosan nanomaterial has received extensive attention because of its controllable and predictable environment-responsiveness. Environment-responsive chitosan nanomaterial can oftenbe obtained with methods of ion cross-linking, covalent cross-linking, and self-assembly. It has been effectively usedin such aspects as drug carrier, environmental protection and agriculture because of its remarkableefficiency. Its application in other fields like drug con- trolled release, biosensors and environment-friendly material will become a new focus in current research.
