摘　　要：蛋白质翻译后修饰是细胞蛋白质发挥生物学功能的重要调节机制之一,常见的修饰类型有磷酸化、甲基化、泛素化、乙酰化及SUMO化。SUMO化是指SUMO蛋白分子通过成熟、激活、结合和靶蛋白共价连接,并使靶蛋白具有特殊功能的过程,是一种重要的翻译后修饰,参与调节几乎所有的细胞功能与病理过程。SUMO化修饰通过调节肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、衰老,以及炎症及血管生成信号影响肿瘤发生、发展及转归。异常的SUMO化修饰能够导致人类包括癌症在内的许多疾病的发生,因此SUMO化修饰的研究对癌症的预防和治疗都具有重要的意义。Post translational modification of proteins is one of the most important regulatory mechanisms of the biological function of proteins in cells.The common types of modification include phosphorylation,methylation,ubiquitination,acetylation and sumoylation.Sumoylation refers to the process by which SUMO proteins are covalently linked through maturation,activation,conjugation and ligation to the target protein,and lead to a special function of the target protein.It is an important post-translational modification involved in the regulation of almost all cellular functions and pathological processes.The important role of SUMO modification in human tumorigenesis has gradually emerged.Sumoylation can lead to cell potential changes in proliferation,senescence,chemoresistance,inflammatory signalling,angiogenesis and metastasis of cancer.Abnormal sumoylation can lead to the occurrence of many diseases,including cancer,so the study of sumoylation is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of cancer.
