摘 要:由于变电站自动化系统和调度中心分别遵循IEC61850标准和IEC61970标准,二者在进行信息交互时模型不统一,信息难以共享。为此对CIM和IEC61850进行了比较,并分析二者模型的主要差异。结合国内外CIM和IEC61850模型协调研究的最新成果,探讨了当前主要应用的直接统一模型、无缝通信体系、公共语义模型、模型映射和本体语义模型共5种协调方案,对其进行了详细的分析比较,给出各自的优势与不足。最后指出公共语义模型的建立是协调问题的基础和关键,应首先解决。Since the substation automation system and the dispatching center follow IEC61850 standard and IEC61970 standard respectively, the two models are not unified and the information is difficult to be shared. Therefore, this paper compares IEC61850 and CIM, and analyzes the main differences between the two models. Based on the recent researches on the harmonization of CIM and 61850 models , this paper discusses 5 kinds of existing harmonization solutions, including the direct and unified model, seamless communication, public semantic model, model mapping and ontology semantic model . Then, this paper gives a detailed analysis and comparison and lists their advantages and disadvantages. Finally , the results show that establishing the public semantic model is the basis and key to solve the problem.
