摘　　要：烟盒内衬纸(铝箔纸)具有保护香烟防潮、防水分流失、烟支霉变和卷烟香气损失的作用,GDX2硬盒硬条包装机组由于设计问题,无法检测和剔除包裹烟支的铝箔纸缺失、破损、变形等问题,为避免缺陷烟包流入市场,设计一种利用欧姆龙接近开关E2E-X5MF1与可编程控制器S7-200配合控制的烟包铝箔纸缺陷检测系统,加装在硬盒包装主机烟包出口与小盒透明纸包装机入口之间的烟包通道上,实际生产实践证明,该系统经济实用,检测可靠,缺陷烟包识别剔除率达到100%,有效提升了香烟品质和企业形象。Inner-frame for cigarette （aluminum foil） has the effect that prevent cigarette from damp, mildew and loss of tobacco aroma, Due to a design flaw, GDX2 cigarette packer is unable to detect and eliminate the problem about the loss, damage, deformation of aluminum foil paper. In order to avoid the defective tobacco package escapes into the market , we designed a defect detection system of Inner-frame for cigarette, which uses coordinated control of Omron proximity switch E2E-X5MF1 and PLC S7-200, Installed in tobacco package channel between the exit of hard packet packer and the entrance of small box transparent paper packer. Practices showed that the system is economical and practical , stable performance, reliable detection, the eliminating rate of defective tobacco package reaches 100%, improved the quality of the cigarette and the corporate identity effectively.
