摘  要:为了改变某焦化厂长期以来依靠高价山西焦煤和肥煤进行炼焦的现状,降低生产成本,开发新煤源,研究了蒙古煤六和蒙古煤七,通过对单种煤和配合煤分别进行试验,结果表明:蒙古煤六焦炭反应性高、反应后强度很低,煤镜质组图像上裂纹较多,粘结性好但结焦性差,配煤炼焦中使用引起焦炭热性能下降,不适合进行配煤炼焦;蒙古煤七灰分不高,硫分偏高,粘结性较好,焦炭冷、热强度高,结焦性好,价格低,具有改善焦炭质量的作用,该煤种可以在实际生产中使用。In order to change this condition that depending coking coal and fat coal from Shanxi on coking in the Coking Plant of the Steel(Group) Corporation for a long time, reducing production cost, developing a new coal source, the study is performed on the Mongolia coal six and the Mongolia coal seven, through test on the single one and proportioned coal respectively, the results showed that the Mongolia coal six with high coke reactivity, low coke strength after reaction, many cracks on vitrinite image of coal, good adhesive, poor cokability, and low coke's thermal properties in coal blending is unsuitable for coal blend- ing coking; the Mongolia coal seven with low ash content, high sulfur content, better cohesiveness, high caloric strength of coke, good coking ability, low price, improving quality of coke, which is used in actual production.
