摘 要:目的通过调查浙江省杭州、宁波和温州等地的2910个调查样本,研究公众对医疗纠纷的认知、态度及应对方式。方法调查小组选取浙江省11个城市作为调查地,采用统一问卷随机抽样调查的方法,在自愿原则的基础上进行问卷调查。结果群众法律意识不强,医生开大处方、化验检查和医务人员态度不佳是最大的相关影响因素。结论针对存在问题,提出优化对策:普及法律知识,增强公民安全感;加强媒体管理,正确引导舆论;加强心理干预,避免应激情绪化。Objective: To investigate the public cognition, attitude and coping style of medical disputes among 2910 citizens from Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou and other cities in Zhejiang Province. Methods:Totally 11 cit- ies in Zhejiang Province were selected using the method of random sampling and a questionnaire survey was conduc- ted based on the principle of voluntary. Results:The public legal awareness was not strong, of which the primary influencing factors were the excessive prescription and medical professionals' unsatisfying attitude. Conclusion : In view of the existing problems, this paper put forward the optimization countermeasures including popularizing legal knowledge, enhancing citizens' sense of security, strengthening media management, correctly guiding public opinion, strengthening psychological intervention, and avoiding emotional stress.
