摘 要:目的总结输尿管鞘在输尿管中下段>1.5cm结石中的应用经验。方法回顾分析2015年10月至2016年10月我院采用输尿管鞘建立工作通道后,行钬激光碎石治疗输尿管中下段>1.5cm结石的28例患者临床资料。结果所有患者术后均未见临床有意义的残石,且无输尿管穿孔、狭窄及大出血等并发症发生。结论通过输尿管鞘建立工作通道,处理输尿管中下段>1.5cm结石,可以最大程度地避免由于输尿管镜频繁进出输尿管而引起的损伤,并且缩短手术时间,提高结石清除率,降低手术风险。Objective To summarize our experiences of using ureteral sheath in the treatment of large middle and lower ureteral stones. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with large middle or lower ureteral stones treated with holmium la- ser lithotripsy using ureteral sheath during Oct. 2015 and Oct. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were stone-free. No complications such as ureter perforation, avulsion, or severe bleeding occurred. Conclusion Our clinical experi- ence by using ureteral sheath to treat large middle or lower ureteral stones can avoid ureteral injury, shorten operation time, improve stone clearance rate, and reduce surgical risks.
