摘 要:影响斜窄流分级机使用效果的首要因素是给矿浓度,故研究给矿浓度对分级效率的影响对斜窄流分级机的合理应用具有指导意义。斜窄流分级机的现场条件试验研究表明,用于脱泥作业时,给矿浓度不宜大于20%;用于分级作业时,给矿浓度不宜大于30%。给矿浓度大于10%的脱泥和分级作业,因干涉沉降严重,理论计算的分离粒度的沉降速度值和实际值相差很大,必须通过试验来确定。The principal factor for the using effect of Tilting Narrow upflow classifier is slurry concentration, so researching the effect of slurry concentration on classification efficiency, which has the guiding significance for the reasonable application of Tilting Narrow upflow classifier. The field condition test of Tilting Narrow upflow classifier show: for the desliming operation, the feeding concentration should not exceed 20% ; for the classification operation, the feeding concentration should not exceed 30%. The desliming and classification operation which feeding concentration is large than 10%, the sedimentation velocity value and the actual value of the separation granularity by theoretical calculation has the great difference, which must be confirmed by tests.
