摘　　要：目的观察点阵激光联合中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效,为治疗白癜风提供一种安全快速的新疗法。方法白癜风患者64例完全随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予点阵激光联合中药龙胆泻肝汤疗法,对照组采用微火针联合中药龙胆泻肝汤疗法,1次/月,1个月为1个疗程。观察并记录2组临床疗效。结果治疗组3个疗程结束后愈显率为83.3%,对照组39.3%。经卡方检验,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究结果显示点阵激光联合中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗白癜风的疗效确切,无不良反应。Objective In order to observe the clinical effects of fractional laser combined with Longdan Xiegan Tang in treating vitiligo, which provides a security and quick therapy for vitiligo. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with fractional laser combined with Longdan Xiegan Tang, and the control group were given fire needle combined with Longdan Xiegan Tang, once each month, one month constituting one course. Then the clinical curative effect was recorded. Results The effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group after 3 courses, and 39.3% in control group. The difference was significant between the two groups by Chi-square test （P〈0.01）. Conclusion This study shows that the fractional laser combined with Longdan Xiegan Tang therapy in treating vitiligo is effective without toxic and side effects.
