玉屏风口服液联合依巴斯汀片及复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹116例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风口服液联合依巴斯汀片及复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹的近期、远期疗效及安全性。方法将我院门诊治疗的232例慢性荨麻疹患儿随机分成2组,其中治疗组和对照组均为116例。对照组口服依巴斯汀及复方甘草酸苷片,治疗组在对照组的基础上再服用玉屏风口服液,疗程均为6周。治疗结束后观察两组疗效,在治疗结束3个月后和治疗结束6个月后分别观察2组治愈病例的复发率。结果治疗6周后治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组在治疗结束后3个月内及治疗结束后6个月内治愈病例复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论玉屏风口服液联合依巴斯汀片及复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹疗效明显优于口服依巴斯汀及复方甘草酸苷片组,且复发率低,无明显不良反应。Objective In order to investigate the short- and long-term efficacy and safety in treating children chronic urticarial with Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin. Methods A total of 232 cases with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group of 116 cases and control group of 116 cases. Observation group was given Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with ebastine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets, while control group was given ebastine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets. All patients were treated for six weeks, then the efficacy of two groups were compared. The recurrence rates were observed at different time points including three months and six months after the end of treatment respectively. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. The observation group had lower recurrence rate overall than the control group at different time points including three months and six months after the treatment, the difference were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The efficacy of Yupingfeng oral liquid combined with ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of children with chronic urticarial is obvious, and better than ebastine combined with compound glycyrrhizin, it has lower recurrence rate and adverse reactions are mild.
