摘 要:目的探讨应用健康信念模式对乳腺癌患者术后自我效能的影响。方法将2013年1月至2015年5月在南京医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺外科就诊并已接受手术治疗的130例乳腺癌患者平均分为试验组和对照组。试验组应用健康信念模式(HBM),对照组应用传统健康教育模式,采用评健康促进策略量表(SUPPH)评估两组患者的自我效能水平。结果试验组与对照组在干预前,自我效能的各个评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而试验组在采用健康信念模式教育后,自我效能评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康信念模式是一种有效的乳腺癌术后患者健康教育指导理论。能够显著提高患者自我效能,促进疾病康复。Objective To explore the effect of health belief model (HBM) education on the self-effica- cy of patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods A total of 130 patients with breast cancer were ran- domly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 65 cases in each group. Patients of the experi- mental group were given appropriate programs and strategies in the framework of health belief model, while pa- tients of the control group were given propaganda of general health knowledge, use of a questionnaire about Strategies Used by Patients to Promote Heahhas the main evaluation tool. Results Before intervention, the knowledge of breast cancer in two groups was obviously insufficient; however, there was a significant increase after intervention. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The scores of self-efficacy in the experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant before intervention ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The scores of self-efficacy in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after the adoption of health belief model, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclu- sions Health belief model is a good guiding theory of health education to the breast cancer patients after surger- y. It can significantly improve self-efficacy of breast cancer patients to promote rehabilitation of the disease.
