摘  要:风电齿轮箱是风力发电机组中的关键核心部件,也是风电机组中故障率较高的部件。对风电齿轮箱健康状态进行远程监测并及时发送维护预警信息,对防止风电齿轮箱部件的二次损坏,降低维护成本具有重要的现实意义。系统以风电齿轮箱运行过程中各种传感器的数据值为基础建立多信息融合的评价机制,通过评价机制实时监测评价当前工况下的健康状态得分,健康状态得分低于下限值时通过GSM网络信号以手机短信形式远程发送维护预警信息,避免了单一传感器报警阈值的误报,提高了维护预警信息的准确性。疲劳寿命台架运行试验结果表明,该系统能较好地对风电齿轮箱健康状态进行监测,预警准确,具有广阔的应用前景。Gearbox is the key core component and the high failure rate component of wind turbine. Remote monitoring the wind turbine gearbox health condition and sending maintenance warning information promptly have practical significance to prevent secondary damage and reduce the maintenance costs. The system established the information fusion evaluation mechanism based on the value of various sensors in wind turbine gearbox, through the evaluation mechanism to assess the health status of the current conditions of the score, when the health status scored below the lower limit. The system sended the remote maintenance warning information by SMS. It can avoid the false alarm by the single sensor threshold value, but also improve the accuracy of the information maintenance warning. The result of gearbox fatigue life test shows that the system can monitor the health condition of wind turbine gearbox, warning accurately, and has broad application prospects.
