摘  要:为解决磁性粉末易被土壤颗粒吸附包覆影响其吸附效果的问题,提出一种基于磁选移除净化的土壤修复方法.通过无机-有机杂化反应对核壳结构Fe_3O_4@SiO_2进行表面修饰,接枝亚胺二乙酸官能团,制备了直径为10—100μm的磁性固体螯合剂(MSC-IDA);并表征了其结构、形貌、组成和性质.结果表明,经包覆修饰后的MSC-IDA仍具有良好的磁分离性能;在pH=7.0的水溶液中对Cd^(2+)的最大吸附容量Qmax=22.8 mg·g^(-1);MSC-IDA能螯合捕集农田土壤中水溶态、离子交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁-锰氧化物结合态的镉,转化成MSC-IDA-Cd磁性固体螯合物,对指定土壤中镉重金属污染去除率高达84.9%,能够实现土壤中非磁性重金属污染的磁选移除净化.A soil remediation method based on magnetic beneficiation was reported. In order to solve the problem that Nano-MSC-IDA is easily adsorbed and covered with the soil particles,and loses its adsorption capacity, micro-MSC-IDA was prepared via inorganic-organic and organic synthesis reactions with core-shell microspheres Fe3O4@ Si O2 by graft IDA with 10—100 μm. The structure,morphology,composition and property of the composite were characterized. Results showed that MSC-IDA had a good magnetic separation performance. The max adsorption capacity of MSC-IDA for Cd(Ⅱ) was 22.8 mg·g^-1at pH 7.0; MSC-IDA had the ability of chelating various from of Cd2+in soil including water-soluble, ion-exchangeable, carbonate-bound, iron-manganese oxide-bound from,and transforming the ions into magnetic solid chelates(MSC-IDA-M) that was easily separatedmagnetically,resulting in the removal rate of approximately 84.9% for Cd.
