心脏彩超检查对儿童先天性心脏病的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏彩超检查对儿童先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:选取在商丘市第一人民医院就诊的先天性心脏病患儿50例,按随机数表法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用X线检查,观察组实施心脏彩超检查。并以病理诊断结果为对照,比较两组诊断符合率,并分析彩超诊断图像。结果:观察组诊断符合率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左室长轴切面表现为主动脉大部分起始于右心室,室间隔上部出现回声失落,右室增大;心底非标准切面可见肺动脉和主动脉右后左前排列,肺动脉较早分叉为左、右干。结论:在儿童先天性心脏病诊断中实施心脏彩超检查可提高诊断的清晰度,准确反映病变部位,提高诊断的符合率,具有临床推广价值。Purpose：To explore the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children.Materials and Methods：Fifty patients with congenital heart disease at Shangqiu First People ’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group was examined by X-ray examination.The observation group was subjected to cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography.And the diagnostic results were compared with the two groups,and the diagnostic images of color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed.Results：The coincidence rate（96.00%） was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（68.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the left ventricular long axis showed a large part of the aorta starting from the right ventricle The upper part of the interval appears to be lost,the right ventricular increased; heart non-standard section visible pulmonary artery and aorta right rear left before the arrangement,the early pulmonary artery bifurcation left and right dry.Conclusion：The diagnosis of congenital heart disease in children with cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography can improve the diagnostic clarity,accurately reflect the lesion site,improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis,with clinical value.
