摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺腺泡细胞癌(PACC)的CT、MRI影像特征。方法:回顾性分析5例PACC的临床、CT、MRI及病理资料。结果:肿瘤位于胰腺钩突部1例,胰颈部1例,胰体尾部1,胰尾部2例,边界清楚、有假包膜2例,有不全包膜1例,不清楚2例,增强呈乏血供表现,动脉期和门静脉期肿瘤强化均低于周围胰腺,2例见坏死囊变,1例见囊变区出血,3例见周围组织侵犯,1例引起肝内外胆管扩张。结论:PACC影像表现具有一定的特征性,CT及MRI有助于PACC的诊断。Objective：To explore the CT and MRI features of pancreas acinar cell carcinoma（PACC）,in order to improve the diagnosis.Materials：and Methods The clinical,CT,MRI and pathologic findings of 5 patients with PACC were retrospectively reviewed.Results：All of the 5 cases of PACC were single lesion.Tumors located in the uncinate（n=1）,neck（n=1）,body（n=1）,and tail（n=2） of pancreas.Tumors with clear boundary and psuedocapsule（n=2）,or with incomplete capsul（n=1）,or nonceler boundary（n= 2）,showed hypovascular on enhancement scanning.Value of arterial phase and portal venous phase in tumors enhancement region was lower than the surrounding pancreas.Tumors were solid in 3 cases,the others showed necrotizing cystic dilatation（n=2）,one of which showed cystic with hemorrhage.Invasion of adjacent tissues（n=3） and intrahepatic bile duct dilation（n=1） were also observed.Conclusion：PACC has some specific imaging characteristics.CT and MRI are not only useful for the diagnosis of PACC,but also have great value in preoperative staging.
